Split This Rock http://www.splitthisrock.org/ & The Institute for Policy Studies http://www.ips-dc.org/ are advocating for the arts to be included in the $600 billion stimulus package - we have put together a petition calling for an arts stimulus plan; similar to the WPA program from the '30's.
